SWEDEN:

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer Free Shipping for all orders exceeding 200kr (approximately €18). We offer tracking service so that you can monitor your package within Sweden. 

For orders below 200kr, we send your order in an envelope as a First Class Letter. Please be informed that these orders are not trackable.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Orders below 200kr (around €18) are sent by First Class mail (does not include tracking) and cost 29kr (around €2.50) per order.

 

EU & REST OF THE WORLD:

FREE SHIPPING*:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 250kr (around €23), sent as First-class international mail. Tracking is NOT available for the free shipping option.

If you want your package to be traceable, please choose another shipping option at checkout.

ECONOMY SHIPPING: Orders below 250kr (around €23) are sent as First-class International Mail. Tracking is NOT available for the standard shipping option.

TRACEABLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Add this option in checkout for 80kr (around €7.50, depending on the exchange rate).

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (there is no import tax on greeting cards/ paper fortune tellers in most countries).

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We dispatch products within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving the order.

DELIVERY TIME: (after the order has been dispatched)

The standard delivery time is 1 - 4 working days in Sweden, 2 - 8 working days within the EU, and up to 10 working days for orders outside the EU. Depending on the holiday season or general mail delays, these times are not always accurate.

You will receive an order confirmation in the email provided at checkout with your order details and shipping information.

 

*Please be aware that Playful Happiness AB does not take responsibility for any packages lost during transit when choosing the INTERNATIONAL FREE or ECONOMY SHIPPING option at checkout.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns of all unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping fees.

 

If you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please contact us at info@playfulhappiness.com with your name, order number, and what item(s) you wish to return.

 

We will then send you a return order form, which must be returned with the item(s). Please package the item(s) carefully and send it to us with the return order form.

We refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we received the returned item(s).

If you have paid using Klarna, Log in to "My Klarna" after returning the item(s), and Klarna will manage your refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The 'HappyBoxes' are folded by hand and may have 'white gaps' in the fold (only noticeable when flat); this doesn't affect the look or functionality of 'HappyBox' once expanded. We do not replace undamaged, fully functional Products with these 'white gaps' as it's how they come.
